ECCO Energy Corp.(OTC Pink Sheets: ECCE), has formed a subsidiary, ECCO Biofuels, to focus on production, distribution, and manufacturing of biodiesel and ethanol fuel. ECCO Biofuels will manufacture biodiesel production facilities as well as produce biodiesel fuel itself. In addition to the production of biodiesel fuel, ECCO Biofuels will be a fuel distributor of both biodiesel and ethanol fuel in the U.S.

"We feel that there is a significant need for renewable fuels in order to reduce our need for a finite resource such as fossil fuels," said CEO Sam Skipper. "ECCO Biofuels will focus on biodiesel plants that are specific to the region they are built in. We will also manage and operate all plants we manufacture to maintain the highest quality at any facility built by our company."
